Conferences & Seminars

We develop, organize and implement various conferences, forums and seminars. Periodically, we conduct a management conference covering contemporary management concepts affecting organizations' performance. We also execute the Forum of Arab Petroleum Companies which is designed and prepared in cooperation with the Ministry of Petroleum and the Council of Arab Economic Unity. The role of Excellence these events encompassed the planning, preparation, marketing, financial forecasting and budgeting, managing logistics as well as the execution and management of the event itself.

Past Events

Arab Petroleum Forums (3 forums under the following titles) under the auspices of H.E. Minister of Petroleum, Egypt and Secretary General of the Council of Arab Economic Unity.

  • Investment Opportunities in Petroleum, Natural Gas and Petrochemicals (230 attendees)
  • Petroleum Industries Dynamics and Future Challenges (210 attendees)
  • Investment Flow and Joint Projects Mechanisms (150 attendees)

The conference attendees were from oil and gas industry from various Arab countries. Excellence in cooperation with the Ministry of Petroleum and the Council of Arab Economic Unity were responsible for the initiation of the forum topic. Excellence was then responsible for handling all the event activities including the following:

  • Planning the event in terms of date, location, agenda and main topics to be discussed based on research of pressing issues affecting the sector.
  • Forecasting event financials and budgeting and setting appropriate pricing accordingly.
  • Choosing speakers in cooperation with the Ministry of Petroleum and Council of Arab Economic Unity
  • Marketing the event through various methods such as contacting and visiting key companies in the sector, email campaigns, etc… as well as managing the design of all marketing material.
  • Setting sponsors packages and handling marketing activities pertaining to sponsorships.
  • Handling accommodation and transportation of speakers, administrative staff and participants.
  • Implementing and managing the event during execution to ensure satisfaction of all stakeholders.

Management and Human Resources Management Conferences implemented under the auspices of H.E. Secretary General of the Council of Arab Economic Unity.

  • Human Resources: Creativity, Innovation and Change (100 attendees)
  • Human Resource Dynamics and Change (90 attendees)
  • Comprehensive View of Human Resources Strategies (95 attendees)

The above mentioned conferences were attended by various industries from various Arab countries. Excellence executed the following activities:

9th International Arab Conference for Material Science: Materials and Marine Transportation in cooperation with the Arab Society for Materials Science (110 attendees).

Excellence was responsible for the conference logistics management which included the following:

  • Planning event venue including reservation of conference location and accommodation for delegation as well as stage production .
  • Preparing agenda and selecting speakers in cooperation with the Arab Society for Materials Science .
  • Handling key delegation members and speakers to ensure their needs are met
  • Managing proper event execution in terms of audio-visual aids preparation, staff management (ushers, meet and assist team, registration team, etc…) and handling arising issues.
  • Developing marketing material for pre-event advertising as well as promotional material at the event (banners, roll-ups, brochures, etc…) and giveaways.
